Homemade Rose Water Toner

What you’ll need: 

•  1/4 cup of Witch Hazel 
• 1/4 cup of Rose Water 
• 5 drops of Rose Essential Oil 

 What you need to do: 

1.  Combine the three ingredients together in a jar or spray bottle and shake it well. 
2.  Spray it on a cotton pad and try it on your skin.
